White Water Rafting in the Pyrenees

White water rafting here in the Pyrenees is literally a 5 minute drive, or if you prefer, a 15 minute walk from our Gites at the Aire de Fronsac on the banks of the River Garonne.

Here you will find a centre for white water rafting, canoeing, canyoning (white water rafting without the raft!) kayaking and hydrospeed (1/2 a raft you lie down in).

We have done this and many of our guests have tried it, including children as young as 5 years old. It is brilliant fun and a great way to pass a few hours of your day, and on hot summer days it’s a perfect and refreshing way to cool down.

It’s fun all the way along the river, even when the raft is used as a trampoline!!
