Welcome to Pyrenees Holiday Gites - Laroca.
The website is about our Gites, us and what you can do when you holiday in the Pyrenees; have a good look around it, hope to see you soon in the Pyrenees. Perhaps you’ll join us for a glass or two of wine in the secluded back garden, and at least a few cold beers sitting on our now infamous front steps as the sun goes down.

We are virtually in the centre of the Pyrenees, nestled in the mountains at the foot of the Col des Ares, which is often used as a mountain climb or descent on the Tour de France, in a beautiful little village called ORE.

There are good road links to our Gites that can enhance your adventures whilst you holiday here in the Pyrenees.

Spain is just a 20 minute drive from us to the south, for cheap booze and fuel.
Toulouse is 1 1/4 hours from us.
The Atlantic coast and Biarritz are a 2 1/2 hour drive away.
The Mediterranean coast is 2 1/2 hours to the east of us.
The ski resorts are all around us and you can reach 8 of them with a maximum 1 1/2 hours drive to the furthest resort.


The Pyrenees mountains are all around us, and they are one big adventure playground, that offer a huge variety of things to do and see; The summer is on it's way now and of late we have been enjoying some fabulous weather, so come and enjoy it with us. We are ideally situated for:
